Blacklist
The blacklist records the worst offenders in the game. Only add players confirmed as irreversibly hostile or whose behavior severely disrupts the environment; once deemed an enemy, they are blacklisted. Any server or admin who blacklists someone must pursue them thereafter (alliance support provided) and synchronize the status alliance-wide to ensure unified action. Blacklisted players are banned from all servers. Use blacklist as a last resort—exercise utmost caution.
