FAQ

5.2 What is Home Server / Host Server / Home Server?
The Home Server is the server the system automatically designates as your primary server based on where you’ve spent the most time. All your personal honor points are attributed to this server. Players can change this setting in their profile, and alliance administrators cannot intervene (only super administrators can override it).
5.3 What is Server Contribution / Server Contribution / Server Honor?
Server Contribution is the sum of honor points of all players who have set that server as their Home. It measures the server’s overall strength and support for alliance activities, providing a quantitative basis for leadership to allocate resources and strategize across war zones.
5.4 Why are battle records missing / No honor recorded / Battle duration missing?
If the server you were on that day wasn’t marked as “War” or the system didn’t detect any actual honor gains, that period’s battle records (honor and online time) will not be recorded; this typically occurred on some non‑main battlefield servers or on special dates with mis‑marked statuses before 2025.
5.5 Who publishes server battle reports / Battle report function / Report publishing?
The server king and server administrators can draft and publish battle reports for their server in the backend, enabling members to review battle outcomes and providing senior alliance leadership with decision‑making insights.
5.6 Server Status Calculation
Each day, the server status is determined as follows: we count only players still actively playing; those who have left are ignored. We rank up to the top 100 online players by combat power: ranks 1–10 earn 43, 33, 29, 25, 21, 17, 14, 11, 8, and 5 points respectively; ranks 11–50 earn 2 points each; ranks 51–100 earn 1 point each. Points for our alliance add to “Our Total Score,” and points for the hostile alliance add to “Enemy Total Score”; other alliances score zero. Next, “Strength in Numbers” bonus: compare the sum of combat power for all online players on each side—if our total reaches 1.5×, 2×, or 2.5× the enemy’s, we receive an additional 15, 30, or 45 points; if the enemy reaches those multiples, they receive the same bonus. Then, “Solo Ceiling” bonus: compare the single strongest player on each side—if our strongest exceeds the enemy’s by 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20%, we earn an extra 10, 30, 45, or 60 points; if the enemy leads by the same margins, they earn the points; if one side has no comparables, the other side automatically receives +60. Finally, sum our score and the enemy score to get Total Score, then compute Enemy Ratio = Enemy Score ÷ Total Score to determine status: <25%: Peace (we clearly dominate) 25–40%: War (we have slight advantage) 40–60%: Skirmish (evenly matched, fierce fighting) 60–75%: Bloodbath (enemy stronger, we struggle) ≥75%: Collapse (enemy overwhelmingly stronger; avoid clashes) If almost no one is online and Total Score = 0, the status defaults to Peace. The daily results also display how many players each side has in the top 10, 50, and 100 for a clear view of lineups. In special cases like server merges or events, admins may manually override that day’s status, but statuses already marked as Skirmish or Bloodbath are typically not changed.
6.1 Who are the super administrators / Who are the administrators / Who runs the site?
Long Ge, nini, Fanshou, and shino hold the highest privileges. They handle password resets, honor‑point or data bugs, and gather player feedback and improvement suggestions.
6.2 How are permission levels divided / Management roles / Permission description?
Permissions are ranked from highest to lowest as follows: Alliance Management & Site Administration (entire site), Regional Emperor (within a large region), Regional Management (within a large region), Server King (this server), and Server Management (this server). Server Managers can publish battle reports and modify clan‑to‑alliance affiliations; changes will auto‑synchronize at 04:00 the next day.
6.3 How to apply for Server King or Server Manager / Permission application / Role authorization?
Each server is limited to one Server King and two Server Managers. Applicants must first become official members; then the Server King of that server will compile the names of the roles to be authorized and submit them to Long Ge for permission activation.
6.4 HOF alliance change rules / Member status transition / Voting verification?
If an HOF player changes their clan to a non‑HOF alliance, the system will automatically remove them. Conversely, members of other alliances cannot join HOF simply by changing their clan; they must go through a voting verification process and obtain enough votes to be formally admitted. New players must also undergo the voting procedure to become HOF members.
6.5 Can non‑HOF players join the HOF alliance / How to become HOF / Transfer from other alliances to HOF?
Yes, but they must go through the upcoming voting verification feature. After alliance members vouch and the vote passes, their status will change. Simply switching clans does not grant direct admission to HOF.
6.6 Why is the alliance suddenly marked as enemy / guild highlighted in red / Enemy Guild?
When a guild has too many members from enemy alliances, triggering the system threshold, the guild is automatically flagged as “Enemy Guild” and all its members’ alliance affiliations are uniformly adjusted to the enemy alliance. To restore normal status, offending members must be removed or support contacted for correction.
6.7 What to do if guild marking is missing / HOF guild not marked / marking error?
If a guild that should belong to HOF is not correctly marked, honor calculations will be incomplete. Contact a super administrator via email or WeChat to request marking corrections; once the system is updated, the missing honor points will be automatically recalculated.
6.8 How to Modify Alliance / Join HOF Alliance
When you use a new character and link your renamed account or join any non‑HOF guild, the system classifies you as a non‑HOF member. To revert to a HOF member, go to your profile page, click “Modify Alliance,” generate the voting page link, and send it to friends for votes. Only the account owner (registered to vote and at official‑member rank or above) or server managers and higher can perform this change.
6.9 Why am I shown as offline
There are three common reasons: 1) Your first account was sealed at 00:00 Asia time and was not logged into the game; 2) The game company’s official site encountered an issue and did not update yesterday’s data; 3) Your third account’s combat power fell below 250,000 at 00:00 Asia time. Any of these conditions will mark your account as “offline” on the site, which indicates you are not active in the game at that time.
6.10 Blacklist/Add to Blacklist
The alliance Blacklist system applies to all members, leadership, and affiliated servers and serves as the ultimate measure to maintain internal order. A member or player may only be blacklisted when their behavior is irredeemable, severely disrupts the game environment, or they are formally recognized as a malicious enemy. The blacklist process requires strict review and careful evaluation to prevent arbitrary misuse. Once blacklisted, the system records key details—identity, time, reason, and operator—and publishes them to all members for transparent management and accountability. Beyond providing a unified view of enemies within the alliance, the blacklist also functions as a core risk-warning mechanism. Upon detecting a blacklisted enemy, the alliance immediately implements a coordinated response under the principle “who blacklists, pursues,” making the initiator responsible for ongoing pursuit and regular reporting; the alliance may offer support, but primary responsibility lies with the blacklister. Other members must assist when requested, ensuring cohesive alliance action. Blacklisted players are prohibited from joining any subordinate server or team, and leadership must enforce this rigorously. Because maintaining a blacklist consumes resources and misuse causes internal disputes and wasted resources, every blacklist decision must carefully weigh pros and cons. Regarding account transactions and blacklist removal: for non-market transactions, removal is categorically disallowed, and renaming is continuously tracked. Exceptions are only made when regional management or emperor-level sponsors confirm a 100% legitimate transfer. For NFT marketplace transactions, server-king-level or higher sponsorship is required, or the original LV7+ player must conduct the purchase (no multi-accounting). Blacklist removal is permitted only after alliance approval, with continued renaming tracking. When an LV9+ player themselves switches accounts, automatic removal is allowed, but multi-account ownership remains prohibited. This policy’s ultimate goal is to eliminate unjustified blacklisting, ensure each blacklist action links resource costs and accountability, and—through transparency, clarified responsibility, and unified pursuit—effectively reduce alliance risk and losses, enhance cohesion and execution, and protect every member’s rights.
6.11 Modify Guild Alliance
On the guild page there is a “Modify Alliance” button that lets you change the alliance affiliation of that guild; changing a guild’s alliance will not affect the alliance of its members. To modify a player’s alliance, go to the player’s detail page and click “Modify Alliance.” Only the Server King and Server Managers may modify guild alliances on their server; Regional Managers and Regional Emperors may modify guild alliances within their region.
6.12 Cannot modify guild alliance / guild alliance auto-change
At the daily 04:00 refresh, the system automatically updates a guild’s alliance based on its members’ affiliations: if over 50% of members belong to a single alliance, the guild is reassigned accordingly. Manually modifying the guild alliance does not change individual members’ alliances; if there are many enemy-affiliated members, you must first vote to change each member’s alliance before modifying the guild’s alliance.
6.13 Other Merit/Add Other Merit
Aside from escort support, players’ specific contributions can also be counted as merit. To use this feature, navigate to “Alliance Management” in the menu bar or to the “All Merit Detailed Record” page on a player’s profile. Enter the player’s name and click “Check” to view their base merit value; selecting a specific entry will show the additional merit points available under that item. Only server managers or higher may add other merit, and they must provide sufficient justification with detailed notes. After server management adds merit points, approval from LongGe, nini, or Fanshou via alliance management is required. To prevent invalid additions, all new merit adjustments must be approved by LongGe, nini, or Fanshou before taking effect. The approval process is strict, and approved merits become effective at 4:00 AM the same day. Scoring rules for other merit are as follows: every player has a base merit value determined by their combat power ranking—the higher the rank, the higher the base merit. If escort members participate on war servers, their merit equals base merit × 4; on heated battle servers, base merit × 8. Other contribution types are added similarly by multiplying the base merit by the relevant contribution coefficient. If you need to add a merit category not listed, contact LongGe directly. When adding merit, please use existing standard entries whenever possible; generic entries like “add points” or “subtract points” are not recommended and typically will not pass approval.
6.14 Incomplete Rename Association Data/Data Loss
In the new merit system, all members’ merit is calculated starting from September 22, 2024; previous battles do not accumulate merit, and this applies equally to all alliance members. If you have two accounts played together with overlapping play time, the data for the overlapping period can only be counted for one account; we cannot combine the merits of accounts played simultaneously. Therefore, if your two accounts have overlapping time, you can only merge the merit data for the non-overlapping periods.
6.15 Sect Auto-Switch to Unknown or Hostile
The system runs a daily check on a sect’s member alliances: if the number of members in the “Unknown” or “Hostile” alliance exceeds those in HOF, the sect will automatically switch to the alliance with the greater headcount. To keep or restore the sect as HOF, you must first update the alliance of enough sect members to HOF so that HOF members become the majority.
