6.10 Blacklist/Add to Blacklist

The alliance Blacklist system applies to all members, leadership, and affiliated servers and serves as the ultimate measure to maintain internal order. A member or player may only be blacklisted when their behavior is irredeemable, severely disrupts the game environment, or they are formally recognized as a malicious enemy. The blacklist process requires strict review and careful evaluation to prevent arbitrary misuse. Once blacklisted, the system records key details—identity, time, reason, and operator—and publishes them to all members for transparent management and accountability. Beyond providing a unified view of enemies within the alliance, the blacklist also functions as a core risk-warning mechanism. Upon detecting a blacklisted enemy, the alliance immediately implements a coordinated response under the principle “who blacklists, pursues,” making the initiator responsible for ongoing pursuit and regular reporting; the alliance may offer support, but primary responsibility lies with the blacklister. Other members must assist when requested, ensuring cohesive alliance action. Blacklisted players are prohibited from joining any subordinate server or team, and leadership must enforce this rigorously. Because maintaining a blacklist consumes resources and misuse causes internal disputes and wasted resources, every blacklist decision must carefully weigh pros and cons. Regarding account transactions and blacklist removal: for non-market transactions, removal is categorically disallowed, and renaming is continuously tracked. Exceptions are only made when regional management or emperor-level sponsors confirm a 100% legitimate transfer. For NFT marketplace transactions, server-king-level or higher sponsorship is required, or the original LV7+ player must conduct the purchase (no multi-accounting). Blacklist removal is permitted only after alliance approval, with continued renaming tracking. When an LV9+ player themselves switches accounts, automatic removal is allowed, but multi-account ownership remains prohibited. This policy’s ultimate goal is to eliminate unjustified blacklisting, ensure each blacklist action links resource costs and accountability, and—through transparency, clarified responsibility, and unified pursuit—effectively reduce alliance risk and losses, enhance cohesion and execution, and protect every member’s rights.
