The blacklist is reserved for players who exhibit the most egregious behavior in-game. Only once it is confirmed that an individual is irreversibly hostile or has severely disrupted the game environment should they be blacklisted; if deemed an enemy, they are blacklisted immediately. Any server or administrator who blacklists someone must assume responsibility for subsequent follow-up (the alliance will provide support) and promptly synchronize this with the alliance to ensure consistent action across all members. All alliance servers are prohibited from admitting blacklisted players. The blacklist is a last resort—exercise utmost caution. Any blacklisted account not acquired through a verified market transaction will not be recognized, cannot have its status removed, and will be tracked and renamed by the alliance, unless guaranteed by Regional Management or the Emperor to confirm a 100% legitimate transaction, or unless a Level-9 or above player personally switches accounts and purchases one (multiple accounts per person are invalid). Blacklisted accounts purchased via an NFT marketplace also require sponsorship by a Server King or higher to join the alliance, or must be purchased by a Level-7 or above player switching accounts (one account per person), and will likewise be tracked and renamed.
