Link rename is unavailable. Please review any two linked accounts on the “All Merit Details” or “Battle Merit Details” page and verify whether their record dates overlap or duplicate. Recently, some players merged merit from multiple accounts, compromising fairness. If merit data from two different accounts appears on the same date, they are treated as independent accounts and the system will refuse to merge their merit. For genuine rename cases with minimal date overlap, contact your Server King or Server Manager first, who will forward the request to Long Ge. We aim to provide a resolution by the end of May.
