To prevent account names from being misused after account sales, falsely claiming merits or battle records, or being used by enemies to infiltrate the alliance, the system will automatically activate “Offline Protection” at 04:00 daily for accounts that have logged into NFT, been sealed, or temporarily left the game. Once activated, the account will enter a protected status to prevent abnormal name usage. To return to the game, only the account owner can log in to the HofGamer website and select “Edit Profile” on the profile page to disable Offline Protection; alternatively, the player may contact alliance management, the king of their home server, or server administrators to assist in restoring the account status to online. After completion, the account will return to normal the following day.
